The up4d Group AG is a Swiss company with two subsidiaries: the up4distribution GmbH, which is based in Switzerland and represents the technological competencies, and the up4distribution Co., Ltd that provides customer services in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Highlights the up4d journey
2015/16
Founding of: up4distribution GmbH, Switzerland, and
up4distribution Co.,Ltd., HCMC, VN.
Initial development of the BEMboard software and the venture services that we offer today.
2019/20
Switzerland: Relocation from Buchs, ZH to Teufen, AR optimization of the administration environment.
Vietnam: Relocation to today’s office complex where we can
offer convenient desks for 45+ teammates.
2021/22
Staffing of the future up4d board members and founding of the up4d Group AG in Switzerland.
Optimization of the administrative processes and subsidiary managements, integration of up4distribution GmbH and up4distribution Co., Ltd. in the improved structure of the group.
2023/24
Improvements of the remote collaboration and services are our main focus now.
The BEMboard software will be further developed and renamed to up4d Collaboration Platform, which will be excitingly supplemented by the up4d Meta Venture Lab as the future up4d digital business and event park.
